from brian with love provides an AI-powered companion experience delivered via text message (SMS/MMS) and web-based chat. Users interact with a personalized AI companion that engages in conversation, provides encouragement, and offers a "choose your own adventure" style interactive experience.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Service offers the following subscription tiers:
Beta Tester Special: During the beta period, all plans include 3 months of service for the price of 1 month. This offer is available for a limited time and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period.
The AI companion is an artificial intelligence system. It is not a human, licensed therapist, medical professional, financial advisor, or legal expert. Responses are generated algorithmically and should not be relied upon as professional advice. In case of emergency, please contact your local emergency services.

All content, branding, design, and AI models associated with the Service are the property of from brian with love. You retain ownership of the messages you send, but grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress, data loss, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting bpmcallorum@gmail.com.
